We are delighted to announce our third monthly winner for the The Greatest Maasai Mara Photographer of the Year. Congratulations to Torsten Brehm with his winning image called “Martial Eagle feeding on a White Stork”, in aid of the Angama Foundation.
Torsten becomes the third of ten finalists to stand a chance of being awarded the title of Photographer of the Year, and win US$10,000 in cash and a 5-night safari for two at lovely Angama Mara.
Torsten described the moment: “It was perfect that the eagle was sitting on this small hill, so I could get a perfect perspective. To pull the stork in a better position, he had to open his wings.”
Congratulations are also due to Torsten’s guide, Geoffrey Njoroge from Angama Mara, who becomes the third of ten finalists to stand a chance of winning a new Suzuki Maruti Gypsy.
