We have never heard or seen of anything like this! A leopard lies relaxed in the nest of a hamerkop – surrounded by hard-working weaverbirds and their new nests. The big predator is cleaning itself and enjoying a moment of rest in a huge bird’s nest, while it is busy building and chirping around it. A really strange picture. The spotted predator does not seem to bother the yellow weavers with the black heads. After all, they are both perfectly coordinated in color.
